Before you gift yourself the support of a coaching programme, this free call checks that we're both on the same page about how I can help you. Bring any questions you have, and allow me to ask you a few things about where you are in your journey so far.

'The Self-Trust Programme'
​
A six-session programme, either in-person or online, to bring all parts of yourself in line with your vision.
​
You'll learn how to listen to your body and find out what it's telling you. We'll hear from various 'parts' of yourself; your clear-headed adult, your inner child, and your inner critic.
We'll set actionable steps to get all these parts of you in alignment, moving you towards sharing your gifts with the world. Gentle accountability over the six or twelve weeks will make sure you see progress across the programme.

It's so important to find a coach who is a good fit for you - this is why most will offer a complimentary discovery call before you start your sessions.

My coaching style is gentle and sensitive, but this doesn't mean we stay at a surface level. I am intuitive and driven, passionate about supporting you to dream big and make genuine change by moving old stories out of the way.

I also run workshops, yoga classes and retreat days, so if you'd like to come along to one of those and get a feeling for how I work before committing to coaching, I'd love to see you there.
