In this relaxed and friendly workshop we’ll follow structured writing prompts which identify our strengths, banish any limiting thoughts, and begin to form habits for positive self-reflection.
Open to everyone, regardless of writing ‘ability’, it's about taking time for yourself and sharing with the group as and when you feel you’d like to.
