One Session At A Time

Maybe you have a 'block' or behaviour pattern that you'd like to dedicate some time to; setting your intentions towards positive wellbeing change.

We can work together on a focused area, drawing attention to where you are now and where you'd like to be in the future. Starting coaching is your signal to yourself that you matter, and your wellbeing is in your own hands.

You can start with a one-off session and book any follow-ups as and when you need them. Accountability is a large part of the coaching process for many people, so multiple sessions are recommended, but if you need the flexibility then this pay-as-you-go session is designed for you.

Individual sessions can be booked on an ad-hoc basis at £45 per 1 hour, or a pre-paid block of six coaching sessions will be £250, saving £20.

We'll usually meet one or two weeks apart, depending on how much time you need to integrate and practice what we've covered each time. Sessions can be in-person at The Wellness Hub or online - whichever suits you best!
