Summer Yoga Classes At Trebah Garden in Cornwall

I'm so pleased to be covering weekly yoga classes at Trebah Garden in Mawnan Smith whilst regular teacher Ro is on her maternity leave. 🧘‍♀️🧘🧘‍♂️

This is really such a beautiful place to practice, making the most of views across the Helford River and the sub-tropical gardens. The class is suitable for all levels, everyone is welcome!

Until June, we will be in the Main House on Mondays:

From 4th June, we will be outside on the private Trebah Beach:

🩵 Wednesdays 10:00 - 11:15 am

🩵 Trebah Private Beach, Mawnan Smith, TR11 5JZ

🩵Please bring your own mat if you have one.

🩵 We meet on the beach at 10am, please ask at reception for a map (or simply keep going downhill) and please give yourself plenty of time, I would recommend arriving no later than 9:30am to the car park.
