Self-Acceptance for Highly Sensitive People
This year I am offering individual coaching in Falmouth to support sensitive souls to feel more settled, and clearer about the way ahead. Coaching is all about questioning and curiosity, and the way I do this is gently. My 'aims' for you are orientated around recognising your unique strengths and accepting who and where you are now, before you begin to ease into new things.
I know that you're already enough, but how can we help you believe it?
I love to work outdoors, walking or sitting in a calm location, and whilst me mainly speak and listen, I might also suggest some journaling, breathwork, mind/body awareness and gentle movement. Sessions are always led by you, and flow most easily when you have something you bring that you'd like to work on. This doesn't have to be defined or neat or perfect, it can just be a little seed to start from.
Together we can explore the self-knowledge that you already have inside of you, but might not be able to access on your own. Most of us aren't brought up knowing how to do this, and to me, coaching has felt like a gift where I have learnt how to listen to my true self. And now I'm the one asking the questions of you, because it's so beautiful to see limitations and social conditioning falling away in favour of personal peace and inner knowing.
When you're ready, let's start exploring...
This offer is to give us both a chance to see if my coaching sessions are right for you. After that it's £30 per 1 hour session and you can book them at whatever intervals are best for you.

I'd like for you to feel as comfortable as possible, so tell me how you'd like to meet. Some people prefer the 'normalness' of a favourite cafe, others a quiet beach. You might be most comfortable in your own home, so we can meet there, or speak online. Falmouth area only, and I have a few suggestions if you're not sure!
Communicate with me about what you need. I will only have a small number of clients at any time, because I want to be able to tailor and adapt to individual needs; this is not a one-size-fits-all machine!
"The tools that Emily provided have supported my work and will continue to support me in the future as I continue to apply them."
How I Have Helped:
"Having time away from my usual day-to-day, to reflect and take stock, was really helpful and allowed me to clarify many things."
"It challenged me to think about things differently & how journaling can help me stay positive & build resilience on days when life is more challenging."
