Individual Wellness Coaching
I offer one-to-one coaching sessions which help you to feel more contented with where you are, and hopeful about the way ahead. Coaching is all about questioning and curiosity to gain clarity, and the way I do this is gently. My purpose is to help you to uncover your unique strengths and accept who and where you are now, before you move forwards with optimum peace and ease to where you'd most like to be.

I love to do coaching session outdoors, walking or sitting in a calm location. Most of our time will be spent talking, and I might also suggest some journaling, breathwork, meditation and gentle movement if these are something you would like to try. Sessions are always led by you, and flow most easily when you have something to bring that you'd like to work on. This doesn't have to be defined or neat or perfect, it could just be a little seed to start from. The best thing you can bring is your willingness to engage in the process, openness, and trust in both me and yourself.
You might in the middle of a big change, or perhaps feeling a bit stuck and wanting to make some changes. Your reason for coming to coaching might be to work on subtle shifts in mindset and your everyday approach to life. We'll start by discovering exactly what you'd like to get out of your coaching sessions, and how you'd like to be feeling afterwards.
Together we can explore the self-knowledge that you already have inside of you, but might not be able to access on your own. Most of us aren't brought up knowing how to listen to ourselves very well, and to me, coaching has felt like a gift where I have learnt to do this. And now I'm the one asking the questions of you, because it's so beautiful to see superficial limitations and unhelpful social conditioning falling away in favour of personal peace and inner knowing. Coaching is a powerful process, and I can't wait for you to get started!

Complementary Chemistry Call
This offer is to give us both a chance to see if my coaching sessions are right for you. I'll tell you a little bit more about what you can expect, and we'll set some intentions around what you'd like to achieve and what kind of input you'd like from me. We'll check in with this at the start of each session as well to make sure we're still on track and the coaching process can grow and change as you do.
You Choose The Venue
Book A Block
I'd like for you to feel as comfortable as possible, so tell me how you'd like to meet. I work online or in person in the Falmouth area, and often do outdoor sessions at quiet local beauty spots. When you get in touch to arrange your sessions, we can confirm a location that works well for both of us.
Communicate with me about what you need. I will only have a small number of clients at any time, because I want to be able to tailor and adapt to individual needs; this is not a one-size-fits-all machine! Sessions are £35 per 1 hour session and you can book them at whatever intervals are best for you. I'd recommend a minimum of three sessions, and a block of six is £195, saving £15.

It's so important to find a wellness coach who is a good fit for you - this is why most will offer a complimentary chemistry call before you start your sessions.
My style is gentle and sensitive, but this doesn't mean we stay at a surface level. I am intuitive and driven, passionate about supporting my coachees to dream big and flourish - whatever this looks like for you.
I also run workshops and circles, so if you'd like to come along to one of those and get a feeling for how I work before committing to coaching, I'd love to see you there.
