External Perspectives Are Invaluable

As someone with a tendency to try and ‘do it all myself’, I have to be reminded how much there is to be gained from getting a second opinion or alternative point of view - especially if the person is an expert in that area!

My monthly offer for April is 15% off Brand Audits

We all get caught up in the creation of our own website, email newsletters, social media, blog posts... etc, and sometimes can't see the wood for the trees.

A Brand Audit gives you a unique window into a new client's perspective.

I'll point out what flows naturally and what feels like a sticking point. I can ask the silly questions that you assume we all know, but 'real' clients might too shy to ask.

By testing out your user experience journey, I can tell you if there's anywhere obvious that people are dropping off or getting lost... often there are really simple solutions! I wear my professional marketing hat to notice details in the copy (writing), visuals, and user journey that could use some fine-tuning, and these insights all go into a traffic light system 'to-do' list for you.

Following your Brand Audit, you can also book a 2 hour Marketing Support Session with a 20% discount applied (in case you'd like extra support implementing my suggestions).

One of the best things about this service is that the bulk of the work doesn't need you to be present - great if you're short on time!

When I work on your audit without you there, my insights will be genuinely similar to the experience of an organic new customer who is stumbling across your wonderful brand for the first time. All you have to do is email me to book an audit. Drop me your website and social links if you like, or just trust that I'll find them from your email address signature...

£195 for a full Brand Audit, 15% off when booked for April!

This covers detailed written feedback about how your brand comes across online - looking at all platforms, social media accounts, websites and review sites easily associated with your business (just like a 'real' customer or client would.)

I'll make a list of key action points for you, with a traffic light system of how important I think each one is. Once you know what to do, implementing it is often quick and easy.

As always, message me with any questions, I'm here to reply.

Emily xx
