Trebah Spring Day Retreat in March!

I'm so pleased to be back at Trebah Garden again on 22nd March for a day retreat of yoga, garden wandering and beach time, before we enjoy a delicious Trebah lunch and an afternoon of vision boarding to ease into spring with a sense of play and relaxation.

Each time I hold these I love them more, and it's such a joy to spend time with all the wonderful souls who come along.

We've kept the price at £68 (£62 for Trebah members) which is the same as the last two years and an absolute steal compared to most retreat days at the moment!

Lunch, yoga and a full day of held space together, 10am-4pm (I really should have increased the price but it was simpler to keep it the same, so come and enjoy and make the most of it✨)
