What is Wellness Coaching and Who Is It For?

I offer one-to-one coaching sessions which help you to feel more contented about where you are now, and genuinely inspired about the way ahead. Whether it's navigating change that has happened to you, or creating the changes that you would like for yourself, we work collaboratively and with curiosity.

One of the biggest benefits of wellness coaching is moving towards increased self-awareness and personal clarity, and my style of doing this is gently. I help you to uncover your unique strengths and accept who and where you are now, before you move forwards with optimum peace and ease to where you'd most like to be. ​

Finding out what works best for you, and bringing that into reality. ​ I love to do coaching session outdoors, walking or sitting in a calm location, but we can also meet in a private indoor space or online. Most of our session is in conversation, although I may integrate some journaling, breathwork, meditation and gentle movement if you are open to this. Sessions are always led by you, and flow most easily when you have something to bring that you'd like to work on. This doesn't have to be neatly defined or specific, it could just be a little seed to start from. The best thing you can bring is your willingness to engage in the process with openness. ​ Who Comes To Wellness Coaching?


People come to wellness coaching for all sorts of reasons, but the one thing all my coachees all have in common is that they've made the brave decision to invest in themselves and their own health and wellbeing.


Your coaching could be part of an ongoing journey into greater self-awareness, making subtle shifts in mindset and optimising your everyday approach to life. It could also be timed to navigate a specific life event or challenge. We'll start by discovering exactly what you'd like to get out of your coaching sessions, and how you'd like to feel as a result. Together we can explore the self-knowledge that you already have inside of you, but might not be able to access on your own. Most of us aren't brought up knowing how to listen to ourselves very well. Coaching is a powerful process where we can see superficial limitations and unhelpful social conditioning falling away in favour of personal peace and inner knowing. From awareness, you can then choose how you'd like to 'be' moving forwards. I can't wait for you to get started! ​ How Does It Work?

Complementary Discovery Call:

This offer is to give us both a chance to see if my coaching sessions are right for you. I'll tell you a little bit more about what you can expect, and we'll set some intentions around what you'd like to 'achieve' and what kind of input you'd like from me.


We'll check in with this at the start of each session as well to make sure we're still on track and the coaching process can grow and change as you do. ​

You Choose The Venue:


I'd like for you to feel as comfortable as possible, so tell me how you'd like to meet. I work online via Zoom, or in person in the Falmouth area. I work out of the Falmouth Wellness Hub, and also do outdoor coaching sessions at quiet local beauty spots, especially if coachees are interested in incorporating nature connection into your approach to wellness. When you get in touch to arrange your sessions, we can confirm a location that works well for both of us.


Book A Block:


Communicate with me about what you need. I will only have a small number of clients at any time, because I want to be able to tailor and adapt to individual needs; this is not a one-size-fits-all machine! Sessions are £45 per 1 hour, or a pre-paid block of six coaching sessions will be £250, saving £20. We'll usually meet for 6 sessions either one or two weeks apart, depending on how much time you need to integrate and practice what we've covered each time.


It's up to you whether we book in all six dates in advance, or arrange as we go. (My full cancellation policy and all details are available in my Coaching Contract, please ask if you'd like to see a copy of this, although I will also send it to you before your free Discovery Call.)
