New Yoga + Coffee Class on Saturdays in Mylor, near Falmouth

I'm so exciting to be starting this class... had a few conversations recently about how everything is either early or late at the weekend, so this one is for my mid-day moochers who want yoga and coffee AS the main event, not something to be squidged in at the sides! (No shade if you like your early classes, we're just excited to lie in... )

Join me 10am at @sol.seek.yoga in Mylor for a flow class suitable for all levels, and then a coffee at @cafe_mylor next door. I'm already excited about the cannolis.

We've kept the coffee payment separate to keep the class cost down for those who can't join afterwards (we'll miss you 💌)
