A New Writing for Wellbeing Collaboration with The Sea Sanctuary in Penryn

As soon as this email landed in my inbox I was excited about it... and now I'm so pleased to be able to share than I'll be running weekly Writing for Wellbeing workshops at The Sea Sanctuary - a Blue Health charity in Penryn.

They have an amazing new wellbeing hub 'The ARC' - on a BOAT!

I visited and loved the venue immediately. It has just finished being refurbished and includes inside lounge areas, the 'hold' which is a bigger movement space, lots of little break-out rooms and an amazing outdoor decking overlooking the river.

Sessions will be every Wednesday morning from 10-12, £10pp and you can book by emailing shelley@seasanctuary.org.uk or call 01326 378 919. (*No session 15th June as I'm away!*)

Workshop Description:

"In this relaxed and friendly workshop we'll follow structured writing prompts which identify our strengths, banish any limiting thoughts, and begin to form habits for positive self-reflection.

These workshops are about taking time for yourself and sharing with the group as and when you feel you’d like to. Bring along a notebook and pen if you like, although we will also provide paper and materials."

Spread the Word!

This is a new group for us, and we'd love your help to make it a success, so please please do share with anyone you think would be interested! The Facebook event is here.

Open to all - this is not just a women's group - and anyone can attend regardless of writing experience.

For any questions about the workshop itself email me: hello@strengthinfeathers.com.
